As you can see, KNIGHTFALL is far into its production — at 70% completion. 
Normally, production-value for such a film as KNIGHTFALL would cost into the millions. However, due to the filmmakers' resources and long-standing relationships within Venice, a rare opportunity exists to take advantage of this year's Carnival celebration in February and significantly elevate the value of the film.

It is well known that Italy largely restricts film-makers from shooting at historic and religious sites, of which Venice is almost entirely. In recent years, only major studio productions have been granted such access, including Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning and, prior to that, Casino Royale, which featured very little of the city.

Therefore, film-makers are seeking an immediate raise of $25,000 to avail the project to a higher production-value and secure this opportunity — positioning it for greater Distribution potential and commercial success.

To facilitate this raise, the filmmakers are offering an Executive Producer credit — typically reserved for substantially higher participation — along with an additional 1.5% equity interest in the film.
